SHARED SPACE AGREEMENT RESPONDERS

BTD session moderators and TCA Staff will be on hand to respond to Safer Space Agreement violations and assist in following our Community Agreements.

If you witness, suspect, or are the target of a violation of these agreements at Beyond The Drum and associated TCA activities, the following avenues of support are open to you at all times during the conference weekend:

(1) Submit a report through our Support Form. This option allows for anonymous reporting if desired and will direct your report directly to the TCA Staff (listed below).

(2) Reach out to TCA Staff directly through the Swapcard messaging platform. Links to contact any staff member through this means are listed below under “TCA Staff.”

(3) Send an email to our direct support line, managed by TCA Staff:

(4) Call the TCA phone at: +1 (408) 833-0445; this phone is managed by Courtney Ozaki.

When contacting TCA Staff through the above support lines, you will receive an acknowledgement and response within an hour of submitting your report. TCA will then proceed to address the concern in as timely a manner as possible (as each concern may vary greatly, and require different lengths of time to resolve).
