Greetings to all TCA members, donors and supporters!
It’s been fun and a whirlwind over the past 60 days or so, getting to know the TCA community and leadership. The timing for me could not have been more perfect than in my second week, when I attended the World Taiko Gathering in Los Angeles. Wasn’t WTG fantastic?
At the top of my new Executive Director’s to-do list, was to meet as many people as I could so I want to thank the literally dozens of people I met there for the first time. Thank you all so much for your warm welcomes and great conversations. It was a wonderful way to start a new job! Since then, the TCA leadership and I have been busy at setting up the basics of our “nonprofit” structure, which you will hear more about very soon. I am excited and delighted to be a part of TCA and I look forward to meeting more of you over the coming weeks and months. I am truly inspired by your passion and love for Taiko!
