The Taiko Community Alliance is seeking a driven Executive Director to lead the organization forward in our mission to empower the people and advance the art of taiko. In addition to day-to-day operations, the Executive Director will be instrumental in designing and implementing TCA’s programming, development, staffing, strategic, and operational efforts.
TCA will consider applicants for full-time or part-time employment with a salary range of $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and employment status). Benefits include flexible hours, medical insurance subsidy, and paid holiday, sick, and personal leave.
