TCA Team

Like kumidaiko, or ensemble taiko drumming, TCA is structured to encourage everyone working together to serve the community.

Our Board of Directors provide long-term strategy and oversight, while our Advisory Council and HEART Committee serve as consultants for our programs and policies.

Our committees are all volunteer driven and led; our staff manage our operations and major programming.

Together all of us make decisions, have fun, and keep the beat going.
